Walter Nandalike is the Founder & editor-in-chief. Daijiworld.com. He was born in Nandalike in Udupi district. He had his early education at Belman and Shirva. Thereafter he worked in Dubai. He is a Journalist, TV anchor, actor, motivational speaker, and Media owner.
He began as a small HTML page in 2001 primarily to relay news from the Coastal Konkan region of India. This page was later renamed www.daijiworld.com and was established as a media company in 2007. It is one of the leading news portals in the coastal region and connects various communities. It established itself as a media company under the banner of "Daijiworld Media Pvt Ltd". To cater to the increasing demand for news from India by the NRIs, an exclusive office was opened in Mangalore with 40 correspondents spread across the twin districts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi. In May 2009, Daijiworld launched an English weekly tabloid named Daijiworld Weekly, promoted under the banner of a new company, "Daijiworld Publications Pvt Ltd". In May 2014, Daijiworld moved to its own corporate office. Daijiworld Television was also launched at the same time. On 10 September 2015, Daijiworld launched its fourth venture, Daijiworld Audio-Visual Studio.
