Vincent Mendonca is the chief executive officer of Deccano Casements Private Limited (Bangalore), formerly known as Deccan Structural Systems Private Limited. As general manager, Mendonca has been a vital part of the Deccan Group of Companies since 1984.

In 2023, Mendonca successfully spearheaded the company’s entry into international markets, overseeing window and door installations at resorts in the Maldives.
