Fr Sebastian George, S J, is the 14th Director of XLRI Jamshedpur. Previously, he was the Director of XLRI Delhi-NCR and has over 14 years of experience in management education in different fields of OB, in areas like Individual Behaviour in Organizations, Transformational Leadership, Managerial Counselling, etc.,
