Rev. Dr. Donald D'Silva, S.J., is an academician specializing in television production and journalism. His core teaching interests are - corporate leadership communication, business communication, and ethics.
He has an M.A. in Journalism and Communication and a Ph.D. from Madras University. He has taught MBA students in addition to the media students at the University (Xavier School of Communications, Xavier University Bhubaneswar)
Dr. Donald has conducted several corporate training programs in business communication, impression management, personality development, negotiation skills, work-life balance, and media education. His research interests are in signs and symbols, corporate communication, and culture. Prof. Donald has presented papers at several internationally acclaimed forums.
