P. B. D’sa is the National Vice President of PUCL(Peoples Union for Civil Liberties). He has been involved in human rights and civil liberties for fifty years. He lives in Mangalore.
He is also the author of many pamphlets and a book titled Perestroika Christiana, where he argues how the Church institutions and property can be used for the betterment of the Roman Catholic community.
P. B. D'sa passed away on 24 September 2024 in Mangalore.
