Dr. Clara A.B. Joseph is a faculty at the University of Calgary. She specializes in postcolonial studies. She has taught South Asian Religion, Literature, Culture, Christianity, Literary and Cultural Theory. Her other interests are Poetry, Fiction, and Nonfiction Prose.
She pursued her post-graduate studies at the University of Toronto. Her PhD is from York University. She has published two volumes of poetry – The Face of the Other (A Long Poem) (Brisbane: IP, 2016) and Dandelions for Bhabha (Brisbane: IP, 2018). Her recent monograph is Christianity in India: The Anti-colonial Turn (Routledge, 2019).
