Dr. Charles Lobo, IAS

Dr Charles Lobo, IAS was the Chief Postmaster General of Karnataka. Formerly he was Chief Post Master General in Tamilnadu and PMG Goa Region and PMG (Mails and BD) in the Maharashtra Circle. He was also the Member (Operations) Postal Services Board. He is the author of ‘India Post@75’.
He belongs to the 1987 batch of the Indian Postal Service. Born in Mangaluru, he completed his post graduation from Mangalore University in Political Science and his doctorate 2015 in Governance from Karnataka University. (Collected from public domain)
