Franky D’Souza was born in Mumbai in 1962 and completed his schooling in Kalathur in Udupi district, Karnataka. Leaving home at a very young age, due to the absence of his mother, who passed away in a tragedy, Franky faced harsh realities early in life. His struggles took him from Mumbai to Dubai, and through sheer hard work and resilience, he built a restaurant named ‘Shezan’. He later established Franky Caterers, which could serve about 3,500 meals at a time. Therefore, he was popularly known as Shezan Franky and was an accomplished businessman.
Known to be a straightforward man, he quietly helped countless people from his native place, offering legal assistance, police support, and even rescuing individuals from domestic crises in Dubai. An inspiring role model to many, he had a journey of perseverance and purpose. He lives in Karama, Dubai.
